Ascent Elevators Announces Strategic Acquisition of Philadelphia-Based Triad Lifts, LLC

This strategic partnership significantly expands Ascent Elevators’ footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region, strengthening its service capabilities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and South Jersey. Maven Group served as advisors to Triad Lifts, terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
